Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a thin white head that fades quickly, no cap on top and no lacing.
Smell has a huge apple cider vinegar aroma, not picking up anything else really.
Wow, taste has a huge freaking sour bite to it, much like the aroma, all I'm picking up on is apple cider vinegar, any other flavors are destroyed in its wake, carbonation is about medium, obviously a vinegar finish.
I'm a huge fan of sours but this is one note all the way, it would be cheaper to buy apple cider vinegar and drink that since this is what you're getting with Somer Weisse. I don't know if this batch went bad or it's meant to be like this, but this isn't a refreshing Berliner Weissbier.

750ml bottled 7/13/13 poured into a stemmed Night Shift Glass. Thanks to AutumnBeerLove for both!
A: Pours a cloudy lemon-golden color with a couple fingers of fizzy bright white head that quickly bubbled away into nothingness.
S: Spritzy and vibrant notes of cracked wheat and dry grains, lactic acid tartness, lemongrass, and bright ginger. Very crisp and refreshing smelling.
T: Follows the nose with delicious flavors of light and tart Berliner weisse flavored with clean and crisp ginger. The lemongrass follows through in the finish along with minerally yeast and wheat, and the aftertaste has a kiss of lingering acid and lemon juice.
M: Crisp and clean mouthfeel, tingly and fizzy scrubbing carbonation, light and refreshing body with a drying finish.
O: Extremely quaffable and refreshing. Crisp, light and flavorful all-around. Thanks a ton, Kevin!

Thanks to callmemickey for sharing.
Pours a hazy, bright pineapple juice color with a one finger white head that quickly settles into a thin, lasting ring. Sporadic spotty lacing left behind.
Slight solvent/chemical-like aroma with strong spices. Lots of ginger, white pepper and lemon grass with some citric acidity and sourdough bread. The solvent chemical notes are really overbearing though overtaking the other notes.
Wow, this beer has a crazy amount of harsh acetic acid! So much so, it destroys almost all of the other flavors. Very strong acetone/solvent chemical flavor completely overpowering everything else. There's some sour lemon acidity and bready yeast as well but they are hard to pick up underneath all of the solvent/vinegar. Complete acetone bomb with harsh, rough solvency. Impossible to finish. All but one person at our tasting poured this down the drain(AKA Ryan's stomach).
