32oz growler filled at the brewery the night before, less then 24 hours old. Reviewed from notes taken at our tasting last night. Poured into Teku glass.
A- Pours slightly hazy but transparent golden with about a finger of bubbly white head that recedes fairly fast leaving a flat top. Decent carbonation that holds up well with nice consistency.
S- Very floral with some light hops blending in. Aromas of coriander, rosemary, light lemon, orange peel, and other spices. Fairly aromatic and smells like a floral saison more then an IPA, pleasant smelling- I actually really like the nose on this.
T- Floral notes of coriander and spices, lemons, orange peel. Not your typical IPA, definitely reminds me more of a hoppy saison. Fairly flavorful, however I'm not a huge fan of these flavors in an IPA, definitely interesting though.
M- Fairly light, slightly juicy, easy drinking.
O- This is by no means my favorite Belgian IPA, however it was definitely interesting to try and served as a nice experimental beer. I can see how some people might love this beer or hate it based on their taste preferences. I'd recommend it to someone who likes saisons and beers that have a heavy floral/spice aspect to them. An interesting try, but don't expect your typical heavily hopped citrus forward IPA.

A - Hazy golden yellow, huge white head. Dissipates slowly, little lacing.
S - Spice, yeast, pepper.
T - Floral, spicy hops up front, followed by the coriander. It's a taste shifter.
M - Light body, medium carbonation.
O - Interesting for a cross style brew. The bottle presentation was what drew me in. Champagne style cork and cap. I'm not disappointed, I'm satisfied. No need to try again though.
