Friendly people the selection for bottles could have been better but they had a decent tap list. Told an employee I was out of town and he showed me around the place.

One of the better up and coming breweries in the Boston area. Great selection of fresh beers that are always changing. They have made huge strides in 2015 and have a great sour program.

Cool vibe. Laid Back but helpful staff who are friendly and not put off by new comers. Great rotating food trucks and nice outdoor seating. Kind of like drinking with your buddies in the driveway. Selection on tap has their standbys with a nice rotation if seasonals and one offs. Haven't been there for any of the tap take overs but heard they are always a good selection and don't disappoint. Go there. sample some great beers and leave with cans and growlers.

Happened to be close enough after a visit to the city so decided to stop by here, and I'm glad I did! The vibe here is pretty awesome- nice tasting room with picnic tables, small patio with rotating food trucks (and the idea of BYOF is most excellent), corn hole next to the 'barrel room'... the guys behind the bar were awesome, and the beers are all solid. Glad I have family in the area because I definitely will be visiting more frequently!

The vibe of Nightshift is great. It's family friendly and they often are doing some kind of fun event. Food trucks are usually around or you can have food delivered.

Vibe has ranged from 1-5 at new location, on slow days the sense that 'civilian' presence annoys the gods of brewing can be felt, on a busy night everyone seems to love pouring and discussing their beer, which is always good, often great. service great anytime, selection can be across the board or, we have three variations on a belgian and three variations on an ipa, as well as the barrel society beer you're not allowed to look at, they have good food trucks visit during peak times, they're growing, they're learning

This is our home base, and I'm so thankful we randomly decided to pop in one day. Not only do they have great beer and great people, they give back to the community. That's important to me, and every time I'm in there, there's something new and local going on. From food trucks to making the tap room into an arcade for a night... This place is a blast. Did I mention great beer?

Their new location is FAR superior to the previous one. Always a great selection of their offerings pouring, usually a decent amount of their bottles for sale as well. Staff and knowledgeable and friendly, usually full of people. New patio just opened, haven't been to check that out yet, but that can only improve this spot during the summer months!

Cool space and plenty of beer options, good IPAs, meh sours (besides everweisse) and recently have had some pretty poor service on more than one occasion. The last part made me pass on renewing my barrel society membership.

Cool garage style brew pub. Not a ton of parking but I've only had to give up and go home once. Bartenders are nice, but there are generally only 1 or 2 of them which can be tough on the weekend. No guest taps. Food trucks on weekends.

Vibe: Excellent. Huge open room full of picnic tables and barrels for people to lounge around. Plenty of space allowing room for a bunch of people. They have a barrel room in the back which is open to the public where you can actually see what their future projects are. In this room they also have 2 sack toss games set up for anyone to play while enjoying their beers. Very cool.

Quality: Above average!

Service: Exceptional. A huge bar allowing for people to get served quickly. and they also have a food truck out front in which you can go and grab a bite to eat and bring back inside to enjoy with your beer. They also have a bring your own food policy which i think has restrictions so make sure to check on the website before doing so.

Selection: They had a good selection of beers on tap. About 8 i believe ranging from pales, to stouts, fruit and berliners. They offer flights which allows you to try all of their beers on tap at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately they only had 2 different beers available in bottles to purchase, but they offered growlers of others.

overall: Definitely stop by if your in the area. I havent been to many breweries, but this one has set quite the bar. The environment was so welcoming, and its a place i would go on a weekly basis if i lived locally. Its a great night out with friends!

I felt right at home the instant I walked in the door. That isn't because there was some sort of family vibe. It was much too busy for anything like that. No, I felt like I was back in Seattle since we have so many similar tasting rooms throughout the city. I must confess, I really love taprooms like this, set inside the brewery in an industrial environment.

I also really loved the beer as well, especially the hoppy selections, which are what standout in my memory. Service was impersonal but prompt. This will hopefully be a recurring visit for me every time I'm in the Boston area.

The new space at 87 Santilli Hwy is leaps and bounds better than their original space.

Large picnic table seating inside, with extra seating in their barrel room. Huge bar with usually 2-3 people tending their pretty large tap list(usually 8-12 beers at one time)

Rotating food truck food service everyday.

Very well done.

The new taproom is great. Very roomy and open. Knowledgable staff and easy to read menus. Great beer selection, as well as food trucks that stop by. Try a flight of 4 to get to know the beers they have on tap.

The new location is very spacious and fit the huge crowd for opening night rather comfortably. The staff was also exceptional, even with the mass of people. The selections were all pretty good, with the sours being the standout favorites for me. The Art 23 was also debuted that night on tap and was very good. I'm not sure if they always have food trucks, but the one that was there served up some solid fare (I know it's not their food, but it's worth noting that they do have food trucks sometimes). Overall, my visit to Night Shift was an enjoyable one, even with the throng of people.

New location that apparently opened the weekend I was visiting Boston. Great brews - nice selection of sours and fruit-enhanced beers. Truly enjoyed every beer I tasted and there were many. Good vibe and the bartenders were uber attentive and friendly. No food, but there was a food truck outside that seemed to be turning good business. Cool little side room with active aging barrels (with the contents documented) around the perimeter. Hadn't had any Night Shift previously. Pretty impressed.

On Friday, planning on heading to Night Shift's new taproom event, me and a buddy accidentally arrived at the old location (right down the street) which is still the location of Idle Hands brewing... We felt bad dropping in and leaving so we tried what Idle Hands had to offer... we sampled their tap line and talked with the guys there who were extremely friendly. We were also privileged to try this aged Flander's Red before hoppin over to Night Shift's new place.

First of all, good for them. Their new tap room/brewery area is fucking beautiful. Considering they have pretty much launched into the stars over the past year it is incredibly motivating and a sign of great things to come for the craft beer scene which is growing at an ever alarming rate. Four or five long picnic tables are scattered around the edges of the room, a big bar lined with 15 or 20 taps, a separate room filled with oak barrels and these big glass doors you could look through to see all the brewing equipment and ingredients. The place was extremely clean and open, there was a whole bunch of merch including dope shirts, hats, glasswear, growlers and 750's, etc -- there were also food trucks (though I believe this was just for the event). There were a lot of people there so it seemed packed but overall I think if there wasn't an event going on it would be much more comfortable... but I ain't complaining, this is a party after all!

They had some beers on tap that they released specially for this weekend. First I started with Ever Weisse because it's my favorite thing that they do, not to mention hands down my favorite Berliner Weisse (or sour tasting beer in general) to date, a style I've had a lot of trouble warming up to. Then I had a flight of their regulars: Viva Habenera, Bee Tea, JoJo including one I had never tried before called Whirlpool which is a delicious APA that had huge peach and tropical fruit flavor. Next was their new Double IPA called Washington --dank fresh cut grass aroma, extremely hoppy, fresh, citrusy/tropical very well balanced--... Finished with a freshly tapped Bean Porter which was reminiscent of a DAMN good cup of mocha coffee, an appropriate post-meal coffee if you will.

I had a great experience at their new location, I suggest those of you in the Boston area hit this place up pronto.

I found myself walking down a strange sort of alleyway in the rain. Deciding to enter through a side door that was hardly identified as entrance, I found my self in some sort of warehouse hallway. After walking by the blind guy with a kid and a weird clock work orange looking fellow, I found the main entrance. I provided the password, no not yodeling as that was last years password, I entered into greatness. What a cool little brewery that was contained in this crazy old warehouse. The service was excellent and the beer was damn tasty. I only wish they were in SoCal so I could visit them more after.

Came here last Friday night. Was surprised at how many people were here. There was always a little crowd near the bar but you could move around throughout most of the brewery once you had your drink. Could even see all their barrels aging. Flights were inexpensive, 6$ for four 4oz pours. Very helpful staff and great selection. Will come here again for sure.

When we pulled in to the area where my GPS said the brewery was, I thought there was not way. It's in what looks like a warehouse in a construction site, but once we opened the door to go inside, we saw taps, bottles and beer swag. The tasting area includes an entry way and two plastic tables, but I didn't mind so much because the staff was very friendly and the beer was solid. 10 beers on tap to sample, with most being available to go in bottles and some growler options. Hours are a little unusual, but definitely worth stopping by and trying the whole lineup.

Great place that is conveniently down the street from my office. A much more interesting place to grab a beer than a local bar if you can get by the rough exterior. I had read a number of reviews on Yelp that all complained about the location which is an industrial park with a major construction project going on. Despite the lack of designated parking spaces there are very few "no parking" signs so if you are a little resourceful this really isn't a problem.

Once you get into the taproom you are rewarded - very nice bar area with a great variety of offerings. One thing that might make it more comfortable is a better thought out seating area. I stood at the bar and started with a 4/4 0z flight also grabbed an additional 4 oz taste and a 32 oz growler of my favorite item tasted - their Art 12.

Had a great conversation with some regulars there, a few novices and the bartender - who was one of the owners. As a homebrewer I was as interested in their process and ingredients as I was in taste and the brewer was forthcoming gladly answering all my questions in a very conversational manner - asking as many questions as he answered.

Looks like this could be a regular stop.

I took a trip on 10/11/13 to pick up some bottles and growlers and overall had a great time. The atmosphere inside the tasting room is actually pretty cool. Its a laid back room, and although there are some awkward tables just sitting in the middle of the room, its a cool place to do a flight. The beers were somewhat hit or miss, but I enjoyed most of what I tried. They had 9 or 10 beers on tap available for 4oz or 11oz pours and growlers, along with 6 or 7 of their beers (if I could guess) available in bottles. The staff was great, very friendly and they were happy to answer any questions and just chat about beer.

The big time downside was the location. From what I hear they are going to be moving down the road a ways and hopefully this will fix the issue. There is no parking and the whole area around the brewery is under construction. The actual brewery is inside a sketchy building where there is just a small sign on the wall outside of the door. I opened the door and had to do a double take at the sign by the door because I didn't think I was in the right place. After wandering into the building, wondering if I was going to drink some beer or get stabbed by some cracked out hobo, I found the inside door to the brewery and all was well. Now that I know that the brewery does exist and I know how to get to it, the location is not nearly as bad as the first awkward trip in, but to a newcomer.. its not the most welcoming location.

All in all, I had a great time and look forward to my next trip, and REALLY look forward to their new location with a parking lot
