Go here almost everytime I go to fenway. I try to get here early to beat the big crowds and to actually get a seat. The foods always super good, but for as many beers that they have on draft not greatest selection. (for how many they have) It always seems to me that it must be so hard to keep draft lines clean with that many beers on draft. Seems like the same old selection everytime I go. Yet still the best place around fenway to get a good beer for reasonable $$$.

This is an interesting bar. The beer selection is pretty good for Boston with lots of larger beers and a variety of styles and taps. The bar had mislabeled menus though and the bar tenders knew nothing about the beer they were serving. That being said employees were very kind. Bar was full of first dates and bros with guido girl friends which hindered experience. Over all I would be back though.

This Yard house is located about 5 minutes from Fenway Park, making it a worthy destination, either before and after a Red Sox game.

Yard house has a good model and they follow it in all their locations. Tons of beers on tap (over 100) mostly craft selections. Large central bar, friendly service, large and modern feeling with an open floor plan, attentive service, crowd pleasing and tasty food, decent prices. I like the fact that they have a large semi outdoor area here, as well as a true out door area and a seperate outdoor bar.

Real nice place for a few beers and a bite before or after the game, also a good place to watch the game on their multiple large flat screens. Dont expect any beer rarities, but do expect an extensove list of the good stuff, including local craft options on tap.

Crowd pleasing is the operative term here, although I must mention that my 85 y.o. father wasnt crazy about the sound level of the music, so keep that in mind if you are out on the town with a senior citizen like I was.

Stopped into the new Yard House with a friend before the Bacon and Beer Fest on Saturday. Not too crowded on a non-Sox game day. Huge place. Lengthy bar with plenty of tables on both side. Really nice patio area in the the back which will be a popular spot on sunny days. Greeted by the hostess on the way in and out. Our bartender was friendly and got us our beers quickly. Huge tap menu is the signature of the Yard House. Plenty of choices from all the major brands, but nothing rare or obscure. Just as with YH Dedham, the menu here could get boring for a BA with a discriminating choice in beers. Prices were high but not too outrageous for a new bar in the Fenway area. Our pints were $6.50 each. I had a König Ludwig Weiss, which tasted great but had very little head. My pal liked his Great Divide Hoss. The huge craft menu size combined with the outdoor area will really help set this place apart in the Fenway area. It will be stiff competition for Jerry Remy's and Boston Beer Works.
