classic belgian smell and flavor, pretty bubbly. just a bit disapointed cuz i do enjoy elderflower/fruit very much and since that is what is written on the bottle i was expecting more elderflower essence, but its kind of weak. besides that, its a sold fine belgian. (265 characters)

Served in a footed glass at Ale Arsenal. From notes. Reviewed 15 November 2013.

Clear yellow. No head. Good lacing. Light Belgian yeast. Vaguely spicy. Pleasant but unexceptional. The taste is dry, carbonated, spicy, and pleasant. Very refreshing. Clean aftertaste. (266 characters)

On-tap at Rock & Brews, El Segundo, CA

A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down and left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pale malts are present in the nose along with hints of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste mostly follows the smell and has hints of sweetness among the flavors of pale malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems a little maltier and has less yeast compared to other beers in the style. (621 characters)

On tap at Haven Gastropub in Pasadena, CA.

Pours a clear honey orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spice, and floral aromas. Taste is much the same with floral and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some solid aromas and flavors. (576 characters)

On-tap at the source,

A: Pours a nice clear gold with a medium white head, solid lace.

S: Nice bready malt nose, floral hops with a hint of earth.

T: Straightforward malt flavour, bread, crisp flavour. Nice hop backing. Not a huge complexity, but a solid effort.

M: Crisp, clean, light-bodied, easy drinking.

O: Not a huge fan of this, certainly solid, nice enough. I don't see a lot of Belgian singles out so this was enjoyable to try. (451 characters)
