Stopped in here twice on my recent trip to Vermont. Once, just to pop in for a quick brew (well, two brews) and check the place out. The second time, I brought my family in for lunch.
Plenty of great drafts, featuring Vermont's best: The Alchemist (Heady Topper), Lawson's Finest Liquids, and Hill Farmstead. No complaints there.
The food was actually quite delicious. My wife ordered a hamburger and I chose the Carolina BBQ plate. Both were fabulous. As far as bar food goes, this is at the top. Even my son's mac & cheese was extraordinary.
Service was pleasant on both visits. I would definitely recommend a visit to Prohibition Pig.

Stopped in for a late lunch after the Cabot/B&J tour double with the kids. Really nice atmosphere; ceiling-high stocked bar, rich dark interior without being dingy.
The food was simply outstanding; I had the GLT (Guinciale, lettuce and tomato) with a side of duck fat French fries. One of the most delicious sandwiches I can ever remember eating; my only complaint was that it was a little small, and I would have been happy eating two! My wife was similarly happy with a burger.
There's nothing else that can be said about the beer selection. My huge disappointment was that they were sold out of Heady Topper. The Hill Farmstead Citra that I had to settle for was outstanding; I only hope that I eventually get
to see what the fuss is all about with HT!
