pours a clear straw yellow until the yeast hits it.. then it becomes a hazy yellow golden color... thick 2 in. head with lots of foam and lace.
Smell has a grainy wheat likeness that i really enjoy in what i would call a wit beer, there calling it summer ale, but its really nice and then yeast and some citrus hop notes accent the finish.
taste is smooth wheat malty flavor with some yeast in the middle. floral and citrus hops towards the end that give a very refreshing finish that i love... very well done... not to complex but enough that it is interesting and easy to drink.
thicker body lets the flavors linger with medium carbonation.
overall a great beer... very happy with this one!!! must try!!!
