iv had this beer many many times, when i get dragged to a dive bar in the summer its always on tap, have had bottles but this review is on tap, served into a pint glass, now its time to write how i feel about the sun god
appearance - pours a golden orange, decent head and moderate carbonation. just how i remembered it
smell - a bit of malts up front with the smell of cold bread that was baked that morning, finishes with a slightly citrus note
taste - starts with a bit of hops that fades into a refreshing bread and lightly roasted malt notes, finishes with a slight citrus note, after taste has always been a bit of a turn off for me, i cant identify it but its a bit bitter and a bit tart, but not in a sour kind of tart, just enough to get me salivating
mouthfeel - a light smooth feeling over the tongue, almost like skim milk
drinkability - easy to drink, goes down smooth
overall - this beer will always represent summer to me and for that i must have one every year, generally not my first choice but always an option, its a tried and true beer for those hot summer nights

Appearance: Hazy, golden color with one finger of head that fades to a ring.
Aroma: Sweet malt, a little yeast funk, Lemon
Taste: Sweet malt, a little cardboard, then lots of carbonation leading to a pleasantly mild citrus rind bitterness and some spice notes, nothing distinct that I could pick out. Finish is lingering.
The Rest: Medium bodied, all-day drinkability and a pleasing flavor profile, this is one of my favorite summer beers.

A- cloudy off yellow colored body, small fingernail head that reduces to a thin discontinuous layer
N - something about this that turns me away.. I can pick up citrus but there's something else on the forefront that I can't quite put my finger on
M - light and noticeable carbonation feel
T - eh.. Same as the nose. I can pick up citrus flavor which is great but there's something that turns me off
O - this bottle was 2 months old but that's not bad.. I don't know but I wasn't a fan of this. I wouldn't cringe if offered one but I would ask what else was is available..
