Reviewed solo served out of a pint glass.
Appearance: slightly cloudy and wheat colored and poured a 1 finger white head which dissipated rather quickly and left minimal lacing.
Smell:wheat and a hint of green fruit.
Taste: opens with wheat and light grains as a hint of unripened green apple and light malt character emerges from the middle to the end leaving a light and grainy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: light bodied, moderate carbonation and crisp and rather clean
Drinkability: I would have this again and recommend this to someone who wants a relatively light bodied wheat andmalt profile and simple flavored ale with little aftertaste.
Serving type: bottle
