Poured from bottle to Sam Adams glass.
Appearance> Golden in color. Very clear, not much haze at all. Long-lasting white head.
Smell> First smell hit me with room-temperature smashed strawberries. It smelled a lot like I was making strawberries and shortcake, nice warm-sweet aroma. Citrus hit after the strawberry and then I could smell the wheat coming through. Light and wonderful.
Taste> Light to medium wheat flavor, hops come through, but definite fruit as well as other citrus notes (read the smell description above).
Mouthfeel> Medium carbonation, medium body.
Overall> Exceptional session beer. Very smooth and the fruit and other citrus notes make this great. Not overwhelming with the body and it's an all-around great American wheat beer.

16 oz can into a nonic pint.
A: Hazy golden with two fingers of fluffy white head, fades to a slight lace.
S: Citrus fruit, spice, some clove up front. Some bready malt and biscuit but more citrus than anything else.
T: Very similar to the nose, spices, lemon, a bit of doughy flavor and some earthy tones. Well rounded and tasty.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation and low bitterness. Refreshing and smooth.
O: A very nice pale wheat here from Bells, and the 16 oz can format makes it even better.

Poured from a can. Slight, white wheat. Pours a cloudy gold (this is unfiltered, unpasteurized) but a nice color overall.
Slight hopiness but blends nicely with the rest of the flavor profile. Hints of biscuit and a little citrus.
Smooth drinking with a nice even finish.
Overall this is an above average wheat ale. Definitely on the buy again list.
