Had this one on-tap at Fabian's in Columbus, Ohio in a straight-sloped pint glass.
A: Crisp golden honey, amber. Very clear. Poured with a cream, dense head that slowly died to a film.
S: Slightly musty, citrus (orange), and peach with bright, slightly piney hops. The beer in general comes off as fresh and crisp.
T: Bread with fresh orange juice, peach, and citrusy, piney hops. It leaves a crisp orange zest to linger.
M: Creamy and frothy, slightly syrupy, but crisp.
D: Awesome, even for the style.
For me, this almost defines the hefeweizen, pale wheat style.
Serving type: on-tap
