Poured into a 20oz, wheat glass at Bell's

A- A pale yellow with a slight hazy

S- Some sour mash, some brett funk, some light fruity notes.

T- Similar to aroma very crisp, very clean. Super refreshing and at 3.9% I could drink this all day. Got that barn cellar funk and slight tang.

M- Crisp and light

O- I love this beer. Brett brings some of my favorite flavors to beer and this brings it to you in a light and drinkable beer. I'd say the brett pairs amazingly well with the berliner weisse, I might even try to do a homebrew version of this.
