I'm a huge fan of Third Coast so a dash of cherry seemed to be OK..... but I feel it was more than OK! The base keeps the old favorites of caramel, toffee, barley, roasted nut, alcohol and toasted bread. The added cherry seems to make this just sweet enough to offset the alcohol and make this easily drinkable.

Poured into a Bell's snifter at Sheffield's. I enjoy the base beer and was interested to try this one. Although I love the cherry influence, the whiskey barrel comes across as very subtle at best.
