Aroma- has a citrus and hop smell, good aroma/
Appearance- Poured an amber color with a small white head.
Taste- Has a hoppy citrus taste, that is pretty flavorful.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation. It has a nice dry finish.
Overall- A better than average red ale. If you can find it I would give it a try.

Brewed in conjunction with Wadworth. Half pint on cask at 'spoons in Dumbarton. Amber colour with a thin head and lots of tiny bubbles. The nose is mostly alcohol, with a touch of orange and mint. There are twoclashing flavours here, a rather generic citric (ornagey) tang and a slightly mushroomy biscuitiness (better than stale biscuits but pointing that way). It's decent beer but it's unclear what they are trying to do here. I expected something hoppier. In as much as the hops do have an impact they make this taste heathery. Is the mushroom flavour actually coming from the use of some unusual floral hops? I guess if they've managed to confuse me they must be doing soemthing right.
