12oz bottle courtesy of tangfoot. No back label, and no batch #, but he states is about 5 years old. A thousand thanks for this beer I'm about to experience.
A: Viscous brownish black with mahogony edges. Minimal head and lacing. Color is beautiful!
S: Mollases, caramel, roasted malts, tobacco, sweet coffee.
T/M: Initial hit is syrupy caramel malt, tempered by background astringency and bitterness. Middle and finish is luxuriously smooth chocolate, coffee, maple syrup, figs. Keeps going after its down, and begs the next sip.
Holy cow this is good.
