Pours a slightly cloudy reddish orange with a nice white head that laces fairly well. Smells of, guess what?, hops. Huge floral and citrus, lemon, orange, grapefruit and pineapple.
Tastes likes hops, but in a pretty balanced way. The fruity sweetness works well with the bitterness of hops. I can pick out grapefruit, pine trees, pineapple and honey. Got a nice tang to it that makes this normally incredibly bitter style a nice refreshing quality to it. Very easy to drink for its abv and hop bomb qualities. Very nice brew, I'm not really that much of a hophead, but this is one I can easily enjoy. Wish it was cheaper.
