Served from a bottle into an American pint glass.
Appearance - copper colored with a firm head - gone quickly. Minimal lacing.
Smell - nice, hoppy nose (citrus, pine) with an attractive sweet background.
Taste - the amount of hops expected in a DIPA but with a pleasant honey sweetness vice maltiness. Very unique.
Mouthfeel - lots of effervescence with a long warming effect from the high alcohol content.
Drinkability - a bit sweeter than I normally prefer but a fine ale nonetheless. An interesting take on the DIPA style.
