Pours a dark brown orange color that settles to mostly brown. Decent size head with slight lacing.
Smell has strong characteristics of a porter...or an old ale mixed with a porter/stout. Smell a little caramel and smokey sweet malts.
Very sweet at first, smooth...complex...finishes a little bitter like a stout(which isn't a bad thing). Malt-y...a little boozy...but very tasty! Another good brew from Bells!
