Appearance: Maybe I'm unfairly hard on this brewery for some reason but if so I don't know why. It looks gorgeous, a very dark thick amber but the weak head dissipates fast and leaves no lacing on the glass.
Smell: Smells delicious, while the foam is around, all caramel raisins and chocolate.
Taste: The taste is very strong bitter chocolate, a little caramel and hot alcohol.
Mouhtfeel: Very creamy, swishes around to a foamy bliss.
Drinkabilty: Not an easy beer to drink, though with 10% alcohol I'm forgiving, It'd be a good pairing with some strong pungent blue cheese or some other moldy cheese.
