A- 4.5 Dark dark brown, nearly black in color with a fluffy 1 1/2 finger head on the pour that slowly mellows throughout the drink. The dark khaki head leaves a sticky and frothy (but smooth) lacing on the edges of my Perfect Pint glass. Micro bubbles dance beneath the head at the surface of the brew as it sloshes around. Nice looking stout.
S- 4 This smells good. It smells of coffee and cocoa primarily, with the malts giving off a sweetness overall. I get a hint of oak at the end of the whiff. It is quite inviting, though not all that pungent.
T- 4.5 BSDCS tastes even better than I expected from its aroma. It is even more balanced by its deep malt variety on the palate, and comes together in a smooth tasty blend. I still get cocoa and a bit of coffee but it has a very good roasted complexion added by the malts as well. Just a touch of hops on the back end keep this in check, which is very nice.
M- 4 It is medium in body but a little slippery overall. Maybe it is lacking just a hair in carbonation, though it isn't much of an issue at all. I suppose the name alone had me expecting more of a creaminess than I got, but it is definitely smooth.
D- 4.5 This is a very tasty stout that isn't all that heavy and has a very good flavor profile. I'm a big fan of coffee and the sweetness that is combined with it in here from the malts works very well and isn't overbearing. For the style I could drink as much of this one as any. This is a solid offering from Bell's.

The beer comes in a black color with a scrumptious looking fluffy tan head that just stays.
The aroma has a good amount of medium roasted malt, coffee, milk chocolate, oats, like Breakfast Stout, and actual creaminess of dairy.
On the flavor, the beer attacks of rich roasted malt along with a hint of dark dried fruit and in an extremely manner for this ABV and style. Almost like burnt wood and licorice. There's some bittersweet chocolate on the middle, then onto coffee grounds and a good roasted bitterness, along with a bit of creaminess.
The mouthfeel as expected is medium minus to light.
The beer is rich and robust and does not hold back despite it's ABV. A pleasant surprise from Bell's.
