Poured from 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams perfect pint glass.
Appearance: Dark black with a hint of brownish ruby red on the edges. Moderate amount of rising bubbles and a solid four finger tan head with very good retention. Lots of sticky lacing.
Smell: Smells pretty roasty and sweet. Big presence of dark roasted malts with some caramel and toffee. Lots of chocolate and milk. Also some vanilla, nuts, and some hints of coffee in the background.
Taste: Like the smell leads, sweet dark roasted caramel and toffee malts with a big flavor of chocolate and milk. Also a pretty noticeable presence of vanilla, oats, and nuts. Light hints of coffee towards the finish. This stout is sweet with a low bitterness but not overbearing with the sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Very creamy as the name suggests. Finishes fairly sweet with a very light hint of bitterness.
Overall: A very good easy drinking dessert stout from Bell's.

The beer comes in a black color with a scrumptious looking fluffy tan head that just stays.
The aroma has a good amount of medium roasted malt, coffee, milk chocolate, oats, like Breakfast Stout, and actual creaminess of dairy.
On the flavor, the beer attacks of rich roasted malt along with a hint of dark dried fruit and in an extremely manner for this ABV and style. Almost like burnt wood and licorice. There's some bittersweet chocolate on the middle, then onto coffee grounds and a good roasted bitterness, along with a bit of creaminess.
The mouthfeel as expected is medium minus to light.
The beer is rich and robust and does not hold back despite it's ABV. A pleasant surprise from Bell's.
