12oz bottle into my Surly Darkness goblet.
A: black with ruby around the edges, pours pretty thick with a billowy, coffee colored head quickly generating, very enticing
S: roasted malt with a soft, sweet glow around the edges, not as pronounced as I hoped
T: hop/coffee bitterness up front with a great roasted malt backbone hitting in the middle, sweetness again in the back
M: good carbonation, pretty thick, but not extreme, well balanced
D: low abv, not obtrusive flavor, pleasant, not terribly unique, but still quite enjoyable, a flavorful stout you don't have to fuss over

A - Pours pitch black with a two-finger tan foamy head. Heavy lacing.
S - Roasted malts, sweet milk chocolate, and dark coffee.
T - Follows the smell. Roasted malts with sweet milk chocolate. Bitter coffee in the middle. Finish is smokey.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Smooth drinking with a watery mouthfeel.
O - Very easy drinking roasted stout. A little more body would help out. Still very good.

Had this last night at the bar, I have not had anything from Bell's that I have disliked so far. This one I truly appreciated, since it is a cream stout that does not contain dairy. Nice smooth mouth feel, delicious chocolate flavor. This stout is pleasing, without being thick and is very easy to drink. I recommend it highly.
