Draft at Bells. Pours black with red tones, no head. Taste is sour, tart cherry, lemon, malt sweetness. The cherries are the star here and it shows well.
I am curious how this one does with age. Like a good lambic, would the fruit age gracefully and fade into the background? Let's find out.

Pours black with a large fading head.
Nose shows chocolate, roasted malt and chocolate fudge.
Flavours include more chocolate and roast but there's also an acidity from the cherry along with authentic cherry flavours. Could use more roast.
Carbonation feels a bit too lively.
