Poured from the bottle into a Foothills shaker pint...
A: Light copper and crystal clear; a pretty rough pour yields a creamy, white one-finger head that falls pretty quickly to a thin layer of foam, leaving no lace.
S: Light caramel malt and some very light toffee notes; grainy wheat bread / wet bread crust.
T: Doughy malt, some peppery / grassy hops, with a slightly fruity yeast profile.
M: Medium-bodied, with a high amount of tongue-tingling carbonation; a bit thin on the finish.
D: Enjoyable and very drinkable; although, not one of Bell's better offerings; kind of plain.
Serving type: bottle
