App - Nice amber color with brilliant clarity. Relatively small head without too much retention.
Aroma - subtle malt aroma, a bit of a copper penny smell. No hop - very clean.
Flavor - Nice malt flavors up front, but well attenuated and sufficiently bittered to not finish overly sweet. Finishes quite clean, with just a subtle reminder of the well-balanced beer. Actually maybe a little too bitter on the finish as it warms slightly.
MF - Medium body and carbonation. No astringency or warming - very gentle on the tongue.
O'all - A nicely balanced, malt oriented beer. The slightly bitter finish might annoy after a while, but it does keep it from becoming sickenly sweet.
