Poured from 12 oz. bottle into a Sam Adams perfect pint glass.
Appearance: Bright and clear golden orange with lots of rising bubbles. Solid four fingers of white head with good retention and lots of lacing.
Smell: Pale Munich and Pils malts with some caramel, yeast, and wheat grains. Light hints of earthy noble hops. Smells bready and buttery.
Taste: Bready and sweet Munich and Pils malts with lots of caramel and some toffee. A good amount of grassy hops add a mild bitterness. Very nicely balanced.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Very crisp and smooth.
Overall: A pretty solid lager. Nice level of hop bitterness for a pale lager.

A- Fairly clear golden yellow pour from the 12oz bottle to a chalice. A puffy frothy white cap builds to two fingers before falling to a thick ring. Decent head retention. Lacing starts with sheets and webs that drizzle down the glass.
S- Somewhat simple but still plenty of aromatic strength. Light cracked cereal grains with some apple light fruit notes, spiciness, citrus and bready yeast.
T- Once again plays on the side of simplicity but delivers a clean, flavorful lager beer. Overall the beer has a strong fruity feel of both light apple and pear hints as well as some citrus zest. Other hints of bread, cracked pilsner and cereal grains and spicy hops.
MF- Light and crisp overall body with a foamy texture. It really puffs up with agitation to the moderately high carbonation. Tiny bitterness.
I think this is a very underrated lager. It doesnt blow me away but it is very clean and the flavors employed balance out very smoothly. This is what summer brews should be like.

Poured on tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, crystal clear, straw gold coloring, with a sparse filmy white surface coat. Nose of toasted grains, subtle berry sweetness, and floral hops. Flavors are fruit and floral forward, with a tangy caramel nackbone, some hops resin, and subtle pine notes. Fruitier than I would have expected. Smooth, light bodied, with a tangy, sweet, berry fruit aftertaste. Smooth, slick finish.
