A- About a 1" white head on a really cloudy orange body.
S- It smells wonderful. Cloves, orange skin, pepper, almost a light cream to it, bananas, hints of alcohol, light coriander, and a few other things. Just a really complex aroma.
T- Honey, orange, banana, cloves, grass hops, alcohol tickles the tongue, pepper, coriander, and once again a few other flavors I just can't pin point. Leaves a nice decent size dry bitterness on the tip of tongue with a warming throat. Orange, banana, and light spice all stay around for the after party.
M- Full body with low carbonation. Nice light smooth feel to it yet not to smooth.
D- This is just a fantastic beer. There are so many different layers of complexity to it. Everything seems to blend into each other perfectly. Only fault I would say is that I wish it looked a bit better. Could go for a nice big frothy head.
