Had this on draught at the local bar. Pours an extremely cloudy orange color with a tall head that has great retention and leaves a lot of lacing on the glass. The aroma has a lot of orange as well as some subdued spices that mix well with the alcohol. The flavor is very spicy with orange and some other fruits. These partially hide the alcohol, but it's still there in full force. The mouthfeel is fairly thick for the style, but still in the moderate category. The drinkability is very good for the alcohol level as the spices cover it up well.

A fully aged one for tonight from the doomsday beer closet
from the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. Pours a burnt auburn
color mingled with lightly murky brown and a decent head of
off white foam that settles to a thick ring. Nose of moderate spice,
orange zest, and grain notes with some dark fruit elements (from age perhaps).
Flavors lightly pass the nose showing little to no oxidation which is a shocker to
me with orange zest, coriander, and mild Belgian spices with light breaded notes
on the middle and rear. Decent mouth feel; medium body, low carbonation, and a
lightly warming and subtly sweet herbal finish.
Overall, a decent lurker from the doomsday closet.
Cheers
