Poured from a bottle into a snifter. Pours reddish orange with a tiny white head. Smells of citrus hops with a slight earthiness. Tastes of citrus hops with plenty of maltiness. Beer is medium bodied and a good sipper. Overall, an above average beer.

Deep golden amber with a finger width cap of foamy tan head. Great retention, it is soapy and leaves small spots of lacing. The aroma is mild, more malts than hops, but it is still enjoyable. The taste is also malt forward but brings a little more hops to balance the beer. It has a medium light mouthfeel with just a faint carbonated tingle and is mostly smooth.

A: Light orange amber in color, hazy with a slightly tan head.
S: That’s what I am talking about. Grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Just a wonderful smelling beer.
T: Taste follows aroma. Bright orange peel, mandarin oranges, pineapple, some light bread notes, but hops are the focus.
M: Medium in body, with a moderate to high carbonation.
O: Overall just a damn fine beer.
