12 oz. bottle poured into a Flying Dog goblet (bottle on 10/29/12)
A: A nice eerie golden yellow that is pretty grayish and pours a good head with a lot of bubbles on the side of the glass. No lacing.
S: Faint farmhouse scents that has just a tiny bit of tartness.
T: It has a weird kind of background tartness that you can taste at first, but then just subsides and disappears. You really expect it to get more tart but it doesn't. Quite a bit of wheat, but overall pretty plain flavored.
M: Smooth with only the tiniest presence of bubbles in there momentarily.
O: Not very tart for a berliner weissbier. It kind of tastes more like a wheaty saison pale ale. A bit refreshing but overall lackluster to me. However, the age on it might have hurt it a bit.
