Poured from a 12 oz bottle with no actual dating into a unibroue snifter.
A - A medium to gentle pour yielded a finger of head that dissipated pretty quickly. No lacing and barely a ring of foam around the edge of the glass. Looks a little more like cloudy apple juice than beer. Cloudy yellow-orange in color.
S - Smells wheaty and spicy.
T - Rather plain on the tongue. Simple taste of a wheat ale that doesn't really bring out the best in the style.
M - lightly carbonated. Excellent for a winter beer.
O - Not too impressed, but its not too bad either.
