I poured this 12 oz. bottle into a Nonic pint glass.
A: cloudy lemon-yellow color, fizzy head quickly drops into a decent cap with adequate lacing.
S: floral yeasty notes, lemony citrus, some sweet wheat and malt.
T: lemon cake up front, then the floral, citrus fruit, coriander, a hint of clove, and yeasty notes in the middle, the finish is nicely dry and crisp with a wisp of floral hops.
M: medium to light-bodied, light and silky, good carbonation.
D: It is a nice change of pace from massively malty and spicy holiday beers, but falls short of being a great seasonal.
