12 oz bottle poured into hoegaarden glass
A--Cloudy, a shade lighter than dried apricot. Lots of carbonation with little head.
S--Typical witbier scent. Not too strong. Sweet, tempered with mild metal/mineral. Spicy clove and sweet bread.
T--mild/moderate hop bitter moves ahead of initial sweetness. Mild and bready overall without too much spice.
M--Crisp and a bit dry--high carbonation and mildly surprising hoppiness playing a role?
D--Typical I suppose.
