A: Poured a light yellow/gold color with a big two fingers of fizzy and fluffy head that hung around for the entire drink but laced minimally.
S: Spiced bread, banana and grass.
T: Starts off a crisp clean wheat/grass flavor that immediately is erased by a massive spice profile of coriander, pepper, cloves and some cinnamon. This eases into spcied bread then notes of banana and lemon before the yeast gives it a biscuit finish. All the usual suspects well balanced.
M: Light and fizzy.
O: This is a well balanced Witbier. The usual spices and fruit notes play well together and dont overwhelm.
Serving type: bottle
