App - Pale gold color and cloudy. White head, coarsely bubbled and with fairly poor retention.
Aroma - Banana yeast aroma, and some candy-like sweetness
Flavor - Slightly fruity sweetness, and no discernible hop bitterness. Finishes clean with some subtle Belgian-style spices.
MF - Medium body and carbonation. A bit creamy, but dries on the tongue late.
D'ability - not too different from a regular hefe-weizen, and as drinkable as one of those. Didn't realize it was a 4.5% ABV witbier while drinking - honestly thought it was a stronger, more typical holiday type beer.
