12oz Bottle - from good ta go beer store in PA - thanks to jfam for this

Appearance - Hazy yellow/amber colour with an average size fizzy white coloured head. There is an above average amount of carbonation and there is some faint lacing. The head lasted for only a few minutes before it was gone.

Smell - Lemon/oranges, grains, yeast, coriander/cloves

Taste & Mouth - There is an average amount of carbonation and I can taste lemons/oranges and grains/bread. There is also some clove and coriander and it ends with a slightly spicy and lightly tart aftertaste.

Overall - An above average wit beer that has some nice citrus flavours going on. Its very drinkable but at times it reminded me of something like a blue moon or a shock top. Anyways, still happy I tried it but I wouldn't see it out again.

a: pours a very pale yellow color with about a quarter inch of head that dissapears rather quickly leaving very little lacing, appears a bit cloudy
s: definately a grainy pale wheat malt, hints of corriander, orange peal along with other much more subtile spices
t: starts out rather sweet bet the spices and hop flavors are diffinatly present towards the finish I can detect corriander, orange peal as the two main spices
m: light to mdeium bodied beer with average carbonation

overall, this is not a bad beer to have around, not typically a winter seasonal but still nice

One of the many midwest brews obtained through BIF14. Finally starting to review these goodies.

Very nice winter scene on the label, with white-capped trees and a snowy knoll.
Beer pours a dark straw color with only a bit of carbonation. A very weak off white head quickly trailed off.
Initially smell all the right esters, banana, and medicine. As it warmed, some very earthy and musky smells were evident.
Very smooth and creamily wheat controlled brew. All the usuals are in there (citrus, banana, spicy yeast, etc.) but they are well controlled and almost muted by the wheat.\
Finishes very clean and refreshing. Didn't wow me, but I wouldn't mind another.
