On tap at Haand Beer Festival 2013, Drammen. ABV was said to be 6%. Orange to amber colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma and flavour of fruity (tropical fruits, citrus) and piney American hops. Not too sweet.

On-tap. Shaker glass. Pours brass in color, veiled appearance. Off-white froth leaves copious lacing rings. Resiny & floral aromas, slight toasted malt notes. Creamy & malty upfront yields to increasing bitterness showing hints of ripe pear. Medium to full body. Moderate carbonation. Oily texture. Dry citric zest astringency & spicy touch. Long floral bitter finish.

Appearance: The very hazy copper colored liquid arrives with a nice head that delivers some excellent lacing
Smell: Earthy and slightly piney with caramel undertones
Taste: Caramel, up front, with earthy and piney hops building in the middle; a bit of peppery spice enlivens the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with crisp, but moderate, carbonation
Overall: Approachable and well-balanced; I like the peppery kick on the finish
