No date but this was just released last weekend.

A: Pours a lightly hazy golden. Tall, effervescent white head. Head sticks around forever, top-notch retention. Fluffy tendrils and chunks of lacing everywhere.

S: Boy they aren't kidding with that citrus zest. You can smell it from across the room. Smells like orange and lemon peels. Very strong and bright. Very juicy and extremely inviting. I can't stop smelling this one.

T: More citrus zest. Not as huge as in the aroma but still bright, crisp and juicy. Bitter lemon and orange peel. Loads of it. Minor funky brett presence but the zest powers through it for the most part (this is very fresh anyway). Very light crackery malt. Saltine-like in the finish. A little drying and bitter in the aftertaste with more remnants of that citrus.

M: Pretty light as you'd expect for only 4.5%. Crisp and dry.

O: A super crisp, refreshing and drinkable saison. Minorly funky but mainly it's that bitter and zesty citrus rind everywhere. Very strong flavor for a 4.5% brew. One of the biggest flavors I've gotten out of such a light beer (excluding some sours of course). Enlightenment knows what it's doing.
