Had this at the 3rd Anniversary Party.

Decent fizzy dark head, legs, black.

Nose nutty fudge, dark cherry notes, tons of nutty coffee, fresh earthy nutty coffee, cherry is light but there, some cocoa fudge.

Taste brings tons of fresh coffee, earthy nutty coffee as usual, hint of black cherry, roasty cold coffee, chewy fudge, dark chocolate. First dry long lingering nutty earthy coffee, and hint of fruity cherry note on the back end.

Mouth thick but smooth, nice carb.

Enjoyed at the 3rd Anniversary Party at the brewery. Reviewed from notes.

A - Poured into the custom Tree House wine glass a dark brownish black hue with a thin mocha head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Aromas of nice chocolate fudge, little bit of chocolate syrup. Nice brownie batter like aroma with some light sour cherries in the background. Really nice.

T - Taste is similar to the nose. Loads of chocolate and fudge with some faint sour dark cherries. Little bit of nuttiness too. Very tasty.

M - Mouthfeel is smooth, silky, lightly carbonated.

O - Overall this beer was really tasty. Silky, loads of chocolate and brownie batter with just enough sour cherry to make it's presence known without overpowering the base beer. Well done.

Not a big fan of cherries, but this is exceptional.
