Back at it! We took two of the most distinctive hops we know - Galaxy and Mosaic - and smashed them together in a big juicy double IPA that ignites the senses! We taste dank oranges, pineapple, passionfruit, and lemon lime. A very simple malt bill, consisting of just 2-row and dextrine malt, provides just enough backbone to support the massive hop saturation. . . . dangerous stuff!

Another great beer in the Curiosity series. The taste of different citrus fruits just explodes in your mouth with each sip. The only problem with this beer is that it is brewed only once.

Pours a cloudy golden orange color, with a huge foamy white head. The odor is powerful, citrus, orange, grapefruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach, tropical, slight spice, slight pine, slightly grassy. The taste is bitter up front, resin, spice, grapefruit, lemon, bitter throughout.

Thanks to rudzud for grabbing this and sharing.

Pours a nice creamy almost 1 finger head fades at a need pace with tons of lacing, hazy little murky pale yellowish orange color.

Nose brings some citrus and big piney resin, dank earthy pine sap resin, dank as Hell, mosaic everywhere just overpowers everything. Little orange juicy citrus, creamy malt orange, even touch of banana.

Taste is more mosaic, thankfully less rain and more fruit... Well at first. Then big resin, earthy pine sap dank resin, earthy vegetal like. Mild citrus tropical notes, hint mango papaya thing in the background, grassy earthy pine, mild creamy malt. Finish brings more resin pine sap, hint note galaxy based tropical notes, fair bitterness, sticky resin feel.

Mouth is med bod, creamy, decent carb.

Overall bleh, just all mosaic that overpowers the galaxy and anything else decent in the feet, eh. Def one of my least fav of the curiousity beers.
