Beer is top top top notch. All brewery employees are very friendly. Due to rapidly increasing popularity, this place can be a zoo (plan to be there AT LEAST 90 minutes just to fill a few growlers), but that is to no fault of the employees. There has never been a subpar beer brewed here; every offering is strong, with some offerings rivaling the best on the planet. (366 characters)

This place has some of the best tasting beers I have ever had. Julius will forever go down as my favorite beer! I tried Green finally and that was awesome. Both nice and crisp, hint of floral flavors and super happy smelling. Absolutely delicious!! (248 characters)

Tree House is an exceptional brewery. The facilities are a decent place to visit and they are always making improvements to make them better. Some of my favorite beer I've ever had. The facilities aren't the best of the breweries I've visited and definitely not the worst, but here, it's all about the beer. The selection changes all the time and you're rolling the dice as to what you're going to get, but it'll always be very VERY good. (444 characters)

70 ppl deep lines, 2013 era fear the beard t-shirts, and boom boxes. This is the generic picture of the Tree House compound at opening. Brainwashed by some of the best hopped beers in south of Vermont and north of Connecticut. Truly, the vibe is friendly and welcoming. Everyone here understands the importance of passion that it takes to craft good beer. (355 characters)

First time going, they were kind and explained the process. Most of the regulars there were nice too. I arrived a little before closing and was still able to get my order in. I would liked to have gotten more cans, but I understand why they have limits. Beer was great. (273 characters)

Great people in a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Every time I go I wind up chatting with someone I haven't met before. If I had to come up with an issue it would be the long wait time but I am hoping that will be taken care of as this wonderful brewery grows. Keep up the good work! (286 characters)

Outstanding place with outstanding beer. Only problem I have, which isn't even a big deal, is I wish I could enter and leave with my beer under 20 mins. Got there about 6 and didn't leave until 7:30 on a Thursday. Like I said, really not worth mentioning because there beer is out of this world. But I do hope one day the service will be faster. Also plenty of entertainment going on to pass the time when Dean is there. (420 characters)

man the beer is of course HIGH Quality and delicious. The wait is ridiculous. not the breweries fault just so many people are trying to get their hands on tree house beers that they show up in line at noon for a brewery that opens at 5 PM.. really?? people dont work anymore? LOL.. service is hands down awesome, everyone is friendly, the selection on a weekly basis is light and would love to see more frequent runs of MY favorite beers. LOL.. (SAP, Green) Hint hint.. thanks guys keep up the good work (503 characters)

my absolute go to. the Tree House crew is the hardest working group of folks I've ever seen. Everyone there makes it look so easy, so fun, but make no mistake, theyre always working hard for you! The best collective effort I've ever seen (240 characters)

Fantastic vibe, the employees are helpful and happy to see you. Growler fills could be faster, but this is because they have one person filling up samples and answering questions.

The lineup is an orderly process, you are given a sequentially numbered order slip (for growlers) so no worries about losing your place in line.

Normally three or maybe four beers to chose from for growler fills, with one type of beer if you want cans. June 5-7th of 2015 was the first time I saw two types of canned beer available (Haze and Eureka Citra). I am noticing increased can count as well. June 13th there was a 12 can limit for Julius, the week prior the can count limit was 18 on the Eureka.

There may come a time soon where two different types of canned beer will become the norm, seems like in June their can productions went from 200 cases per weekend to 400 plus cases.

Looking forward to increase production and differing beer styles. (955 characters)

From the excellent staff to the friendly regulars you just feel welcome from the moment you get there. The beer is unbelievably well made and very very tasty, just bursting with flavor. I've never had a bad or even a par beer from them. My favorite brewery by far. Get there as soon as you can! (294 characters)

What a great day trip. Got there at 3:30 for 5 o'clock opening. Put your growlers/cooler in line to hold your spot. At 4:30 they give out order slips and everyone lines up. We were #33. When 5 came they had #120 in line. They collect the order slips and line snakes through the brewery. We got our 16 cans of green within 15 minutes. Made our way to growler station and had some samples while our orders for Julius were being filled. This took another 15 minutes. As we paid and were leaving, a customer just arriving was told it would be 2 hour wait for his growler fill. SHOW UP EARLY! The brewery is very clean and tasting area has a very appealing look and they are well organized. Next time we are going to get BBQ before we arrive so we can dine at available picnic table while our growler holds our spot in line. (819 characters)

Beautiful location, really cool and friendly and helpful staff. I'm very impressed with how they handle crowds and the flow. They somehow pull it off when there's a mass of people waiting for growler fills. And the can line is very efficient. These people really love beer and do it so well. Thing is, there isn't always a lot of stuff to take home, especially after a busy day when they get cleared out.

Also...stop at BT's Smokehouse on Rt. 20 in Sturbridge when you're there! Best BBQ in New England!

Note: there's a beautiful farm/ice cream stand down the road named Westview Farm...go! As the name states, the view to the west is beautiful. The ice cream is homemade, delicious, huge portions, and cheap. Food looked good, too. Some friendly goats and a great area for kids to play around. I'm glad I spent some time here while waiting the two hours for growler fills on the Thursday before Memorial Day! (911 characters)

In all it's incarnations the most important aspects of the brewery experience have always been solidly in place from these guys and gals. The laid back atmosphere (crackling fires in the old woodstove, good tunes, etc), the friendly staff, and the very good beer all make Tree House what it is. Sometimes it would be nice to see more variety in the daily beer selection but that day will come and it will be glorious. (417 characters)
