12oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. I think there was a packaged on date printed on the bottom, but it's not legible. Received from @superspak in NBS BIF #15.
Pours crystal clear golden with a short-lived finger of head, leaving a thick even skin, and a moderate amount of active carbonation. Smell is honeysuckle sweetness and grain. Little bit of mild grassiness.
Taste is actually kind of AAL-y, but without the funky tang I get with many of them. Honeysuckle sweetness is still there, grassiness comes across as more bitter now.
Mouthfeel is very light and clean. Overall, this is pretty good.

Can from Shark Bar into pint glass, no can dating. Pours fairly crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, pepper, yeast earth. Light to medium herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Light to medium body. Crisp clean refreshing finish. Balanced grainy malt and sticky hops. Increasing bitter dryness, with no hop astringency. Great clean pils malt showcase, with balancing Noble hops, and not overly fruity/yeasty. A spot on style example, very flavorful for the ABV. I love kolsch.

Drinking this at The Carolina Brewery in Pittsboro NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks golden yellow with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly bready, floral, lightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is nice and creamy.
Overall a very nice Kolsch that I would definitely order again.

12 oz can served in a snifter. (from 2016 notes).
Pours light amber, slightly hazy, with a weak head and minimal lacing.
Aroma: mild and pleasant with hops and bready malts. As expected for style.
Flavor: fruity for style, but not objectionable. Hops dominate malts.
Feel; Light carbonation and surprisingly full medium body.
