Appearance: Good looking beer. Deep, hazy orange color with hints of yellow and nice lacing. Small ring hangs around during drinking.

Aroma: Definite malt sweetness in the nose. Some caramel. A hint of dankness along with some light tangerine and some grassiness. Nice smelling, if a bit subtle

Taste: Very well balanced. Nutty, caramel malt backbone supporting lots of citrus peel/tangerine type flavor. Some pine and grass. Finishes dry and bitter with a grassy bitterness. Medium length finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a touch of sticky sweetness but enough carbonation to lift the whole thing off the palate.

Overall: Nicely done IPA. A bit malty sweet for my personal IPA preferences, but I'd be more than happy to reach for another can of this. A well-constructed IPA.

Poured from can into teku. Pours slightly hazy orange with a single finger white head. Smell is very tropical, lots of pineapple, piney. Taste is also full of tropical flavors, grapefruit, pineapple, orange, slightly bready, pine resin, perfect hop presence, almost no malt caricature, texture is as expected. Overall I am very impressed with this ipa, it's very balanced, not a hop bomb, and a great west coast style profile. I love the consistancy. This is my first W6 brew, and I'm impressed.
