Undated can purchased earlier this month near the brewery.
Pours a deep amber color; clear with a large bone-colored head that has very good retention and leaves marvelous lacing.
Limited aroma with a bit more flavor. Very good sweet/bitter balance, shaded towards the bitter side, yet with more roasted malt than hop flavor. Surprisingly durable, hop-tinged, roasted malt aftertaste.
M: Exceptional; medium-light, airy body without wateriness; excellent, soft, medium carbonation.
O: excellent for style. Just trounces the other Lexington amber (Kentucky Ale) that preceded it.

Pours caramel with an off white head. Aroma has a touch of smoke, doughy, toffee, a little honey, and floral hops. Flavor follows suit. A creamy, medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, definitely a solid amber. Doesn't do enough to interest me in buying and drinking a sixer of (though that has much to do with the style of beer), but a beer I would revisit on occasion as a single or part of a mixed six pack.
