12 oz. Bottle
Pours a pretty nice clean/clear golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice small creamy off-white head, which leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, some malts, citrusy. The taste is hoppy, kinda malty, citrusy. Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

A real nice one, My first try of this brewery I think. It was certainly fresh, as would be expected/hoped buying a sixer just a few miles from where it's brewed. Colorado has some stand-out breweries and after the usual caveats for n=1 and all, this one probably is going to stand out too. I think I'll try another sixer of something else from them in the next day or two while I'm in the state. Good job on this one.

Very pale, light golden straw colored beer, small head that lasts but a few seconds. Powerful aroma; fruity/ floral hops with a firm bready malt base. Flavors are rather weak compared to the nose, with little of the enjoyable hops aromas translating. Mild lemony tartness, nearly no bitterness, very light malt flavors. Rough, aggressive carbonation, overrides the delicate pilsner characteristics.
Middling beer, not very impressed.

Pale, straw-yellow body with lots of carbonation and nice white head. Light biscuit aroma with a grassy, herbal scent. Soda cracker grain taste with a spicy, floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied with a lot of fizz; clean and dry finish.
The pour produced a hefty amount of carbonation that gave the beer an initial partially cloudy appearance. It reminded me of a hefeweizen more than a pilsner. Still, it was pleasantly light and delicate in the flavor department. I wouldn't turn down another one...
