Poured into a .2 liter Reissdorf Kolsch thin glass.
Excellent head on the pour with long sustained lacing. The beer had a beautiful clear straw color characteristic of light German Lagers.
The nose of the beer is, as expected, not overwhelming. Though a nice floral aspect and citrus notes do come forth if you really put your schnozz into it.
Fantastic mouthfeel, with consistent carbonation. This beer is not heavy, this cannot be emphasized enough.
The taste is sooo refreshing. On a summer day, this beer is like manna from heaven. With its minimal hop profile, and crisp, not dry, flavor this would be a great beer to take to a ball game or drink at a barbeque.
Overall, this beer is so complimentary that it is easy to overlook. Standing as an strong example of the Kolsch style. The light, refreshing character of Reissdorf, coupled with its low ABV, make for one heck of a session brew.

Appearance: Extremely clean look. Transparent very pale yellow golden color. Finger and a half of head on the pour. Above average active carbonation in the glass while drinking.
Smell: Aromas of straw and hay hit the nose first. Sweet soft malt backbone is picked up but takes a back seat. Light tropical fruits compliment the straw tones very well.
Taste: Easy going biscuity malt front greets the drinker. That sweetness carries over into the body which adds some fruit and very mild bitterness. Bready finish that leaves a light pleasant sweetness behind.
Mouthfeel: Some lingering malt tones on the finish. Super easy drinking.
Overall: A simple yet well crafted beer. Biscuity malt is prevalent with some fruitiness to add a bit of complexity. Really easy beer to sit back, relax, and just enjoy.
