Got this one a gift from a friend from my college years whom I've not seen in a long time.

Long neck dark bottle, with a simple label with the name, which comes from a high rise sector of México City. A best before date of mid April.

Pours a reddish bronze brew, with tan head and some lacing.

Smell is malty, with floral hops in the background. Nothing special.

Taste is brisk, refreshing and some fizziness due to carbonation.

Aftertaste has a mild bitterness finish. Medium body.

Drinkability is high in our Mexican weather, especially in a hot Summer afternoon. Too bad these guys don't sell their products in my neck of the Mexican bushes.

¡Salud!

This one is the flagship from Beer Factoty.

Santa Fe pours a clear reddish-amber color; Nice foamy head but minimal lacing; Aroma is very interestig, sweet, malty and fruity; Taste is sweet, caramel and malty; Mouthfeel is smooth, medium body and low carbonation; Easy drinking beer.

¡Salud!

NOw again, this is not my type, but I have to recognize its worthness. It is a little pale from my view. The back taste characteristic of this brewery is present. I promise I will send photos of the four beers they bottle. As soon as possible. The rest are only on tap.

Moderate beige head that lingers in the glass. Leaves a moderate amount of lacing. Pours a clear, deep ruby amber.

Nose is made up of caramel, chocolate, lite floral bouquet and a bit of that common lager yeast aroma.

Flavor is malty sweet with a piney hop flavor, finishes a bit dry.

Good carbonation level with a light to medium body.
