Pours a hazy, dark brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of smoke, slight pale malt, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of slight smoke, slight hop, sweet malt, roasted malt, and a hint of yeast. Overall, decent aroma, body, and blend.

Make with cherry wood smoked malts.
Tap at 44 Stone in Columbia, MO.
A - Poured out a clear, dark brown color with a one-finger, tan head of bubbly foam.
S - It smelled smokey with some roasted maltiness.
T - Smokey up front with some caramel maltiness. Fairly sweet with the smokey bite.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.
O - This is an interesting brown ale. The cherry wood smoked malts are very apparent.
