A "West Coast-Style" IPA.
On tap at 44 Stone in Columbia, MO.
A - Poured out a slightly hazy, golden amber color with a one-finger, khaki colored head of foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the glass.
S - It smelled of pine, citrus and sweet caramel malts.
T - Heavy with with malt upfront. Sweet caramel and toffee. Light bitter piney bite.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.
O - This is a nice IPA. Didn't seem hoppy enough to be West Coast.

Pours a cloudy, orange color/copper color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of earthy malt, citrus hops, sweet malt, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation and high bitterness. Tastes of earthy malt, sweet malt, citrus hops, hint of alcohol, and slight floral hops. Overall, strong bitterness dominated the body, otherwise an average IPA.
