Thanks to ElderPuma for the extra!
A- Medium-light amber colored body with lots of transparency. Frothy off-white head that leaves some lacing around the edges of the glass.
S- Piney hops, citrusy grapefruit, caramel malt. The aroma is nice, but could be slightly stronger.
T- Nice balance of the piney, citrusy hops and caramel malt. Not a hop bomb, but not huge on malt either, very balanced.
M- Medium bodied, medium carbonation, very drinkable.
O- A solid, balanced IPA. Would drink again.

My first 3 Sheeps and it is decent. The beer pours a hazy copper with thin white head that is not leaving mush of a lace. The scent carries sweet malt and floral hops. The taste is good....starts balanced then finishes bitter. Since the hops are bitter its tough to make out much in the sense of flavor...maybe a citrus lean. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall this is a decent beer....not one I would rave about....but enough to say that I am glad I tried it.

Had from a bottle in Chicago, October 13, 2013. Mainly defined by an awesome hop-forward taste that I haven’t found in many other beers. Sort of overrides the other descriptors, but the beer had a rich amber color and light hop nose - keeps the actual taste a surprise. Lovely beer that I hope to see more often in Chicago.

String of unintelligible numbers near the bottom of the bottle: 15/213/043/13/04 03
Single from Casanovas, served in a tulip glass.
Saturated orange with bright clarity, thin layer of off white foam on top, spotty lace sticks around the edges. Good coverage, lasting unbroken skim remains after a few sips.
Smells like caramel malt and candied orange peel.
Taste is similar, dominant sweet malt with candied orange peel taste, mild lingering bitterness that seeps into the aftertaste. Light to medium bodied. Seems a bit safe and formulaic, though it's not bad. Just too similar to the 100's of other IPA's on the shelves next to it.

12 oz bottle poured into a 3 Sheeps pint
6.2% ABV, no date.
A - Light haze forms over the beautiful golden colored beer. Proteins in the hops help keep the chunky off-white head afloat for quite some time and further encourage sticky gobs of lace to grapple the glass.
S - Really Cool Waterslides has an explosive aroma of hops; not too huge, not faint or underwhelming, just right. The earthy-citrus combination conjures up suggestions of mango, pineapple, and grapefruit rind with notes of lemongrass and white pepper along the finish. This ride isn't all hops though, as it's balanced nicely by a background of biscuit-and-caramel-smelling malt.
T - The twists and turns of Really Cool Waterslides continue with a citrus flavor that abandons the bolder pineapple and mango notes the nose offers for a straight forward grapefruit rind and lemon zest that works out nicely, adding floral qualities also. The malt base continues to balance this hop-forward beer very well!
M - IPAs are meant to be bitter, so when I say Really Cool Waterslides is fairly bitter, it shouldn't scare you off. Starting smooth and almost soft, this beer goes down incredibly well, lingering with a mildly dry, hoppy bitter finish that almost requests another sip.
O - Like a great water slide attraction, this beer is worthy of coming back to time and time again, almost immediately, in fact. It rides a fine line of balance with submissive, sweet malts and forward-flowing hop intricacies for a hoppy-yet-drinkable IPA that doesn't disappoint or overwhelm.
